Our Policies

From the minute clients enter the building I like to ensure they are given the best possible experience, in order for this to happen there are a few policies that need to be adhered to.

If you are going to be late for your appointment please ensure to let me know, anymore than 10 minutes will mean we will need to reschedule in order for my next appointments to run on time.

​

Please keep phone calls and texts to a minimum as this could interrupt treatments.

​

All clients must be 16 years of age, or be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

​

All treatments involving a tint or perm will need a patch test at least 48hours prior to your appointment.

​

Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will mean any discount/promotion applied to your appointment will be void and you may incur a cancellation fee.
